Always an excellent experience. My family has use this company since 2014 (for our wedding transportation) and is our go to whenever we need car or van service. This most recent trip was 5 people, so much luggage, and 2 folding mobility scooters – they had the perfect vehicle to fit it all, was an easy pick up from our house, an easy unload at Miami International, and a short wait (with great communication from the driver) when we returned to Miami International. Owing to my wife being ill, I needed a service to take me and pick me up from cataract surgery. I could not have chosen a better service. Communication about the pickup and subsequent return was excellent. I had to change the pickup time the day of the surgery, and the service accommodated without question. The pickup time for return was a twenty minute in advance phone call. The service was right there to pick me up. Both drivers I had were great. The cars were immaculate. And the cost was very reasonable. Kudos to BocaLux for as good as it gets service.

Driver was on time for pick up in Boca nice newer and very clean Yukon. Nice easy and safe ride to the Hard Rock. Dropped off right in front of casino, waited for the show to end and picked us up in the same location for the trip back to Boca. Lot of communication between the company and myself prior to pick up, had the drivers cell number to notify him of when the show was over. Final price was not billed to service was preformed and what was quoted was what was billed. Would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone that needs limo/car service.

I’ve used Bocalux three times in the last few months for trips to and from the airport and each time I was highly satisfied. The driver communicates by text letting you know his anticipated arrival time, which is always at least five minutes earlier than scheduled, and then texts when he arrives. The vehicles are clean, inside and outside, and the drivers are pleasant. I like that I don’t have to exchange money or tip in person, that it’s all taken care of ahead of time by phone. Highly recommend them.

I treat myself to low-anxiety travel, a luxury I can afford with Bocalux Limo. They offer several choices and sizes in their vehicle motorcade. I usually opt for their black Audi sedan but the Yukon XL is a favorite when I have family with me. I’ve used this company now for going on five years and never had a glitch, a problem, a driver I didn’t like… or a fee I found inconsistent with the service provided. Today Bocalux picked me up at PBI, we made a stop in Boynton Beach to get my dog (where the driver waited patiently!), then they delivered me to my home in Boca Raton. (No frowns about the dog being in the car. In fact, just the opposite.) My charge was about $120–It’s not free. But Bocalux gives me peace of mind. I know they will pick me up on time–to and fro. Traveling is stressful enough without driving yourself, parking, relying on somebody else or an Uber. These gentlemen take the best care of you. Again, traveling is when I treat myself… with TLC. What’s a little extra money to breathe a sigh of relief?
